Code Case 2260 Annulled?

I see a bunch of posts that Code Case 2260 was being annulled, but can not find an answer if it has been or not.

I'm looking at re-rating a vessel built in 2017 that used both 2260 and 2695... And looking to see if the original design is even valid.

2260 was annulled in 2260-1, then reinstated in 2260-2. 2260-2 is still active.

The rules in VIII-2 (accessed through CC-2695) are better for heads, but if you're doing something identical, then you should be fine with CC-2260-2.
