Code for pneumatic conveyor tank cyclone separator impingement tank

What code applies to a pneumatic conveyor systems cyclone separator (aka impingement tank). ASME B&PV specifically excludes separators and 15psi and below. Anyone got an idea?

One of the places that this is going to is-- what code would be used to weld AR plate with a strength greater than 100ksi (which is specifically excluded by AWS D1.1)?
