Codeware COMPRESSS Nozzle FEA Error

Dear Engineers,

I am designing a vessel on ASME Sec VIII Div. 2 using Codeware COMPRESS. Now that I have input the loads, it shows error.
PS: This error appears for every nozzle, even I tried designing a new vessel as well. (ignore its manway)
1. How can I know the reason of the error?
2. How to resolve this error?
Please mention if any other information is required to answer this query. Thanks in advance.

I was getting the same issue. I had to reduce my loading.

I was getting the same issue. I had to reduce my loading.

I reduced loads from thousands to a few hundreds, yet the error persists. I’ve also reached out to their support team, but it’s taking a bit longer due to time difference of countries. Thank you for your time and response, by the way.
