I have been searching for the coefficient of friction for teflon seal tape on aluminum parts. I have only been able to find friction coefficients for teflon on steel. If anyone can help me, thanks alot.

Coefficient of friction with teflon as the fixed specimen (data from "Friction Data Guide, General Magnaplate"):

Flat surface sliding on flat surface
Al alloy 6061-T6

static = 0.24
kinetic = 0.19

Thanks! Also, is there a large difference in friction if aluminum is the fixed specimen? and what if the the aluminum is casting Aluminum Alloy 355-T6 or 356-T6?

I provided the only data that I have. I do not know the effect of changing the fixed specimen. Friction is such a tricky subject that it makes generalizing quite difficult. For a given surface finish, cast Al alloys like 356 should be similar to wrought alloy 6061.
