Need coefficient of friction for a tire on smooth sttel.

53,000 lb. motor coach stopping on steel deck.

That's a tricky number to find. You could try a tyre manufacturer. Best I have is 0.5 dry, sliding, from the Bosch Blue book, 0.3 ish from Mark's, falling to 0.03 if lubricated.

Obviously you need to think long and hard about water and oil and diesel contamination in this application.
