Structural

Portal Frame on poor ground. 1m-1.5m of sandy graverlly clay fill on dense sandy gravel. Vibro compacted stone piles been used to bring ground bearing capacity to 150kn/m^2. Calculated horz. force of 50kn/m^2.
Is value of .45 for co. of friction too high. Worried about shear across stone piles.
