Hi all,
I had inserted an interface layer (INTER 20X) between two layers of
different composite material to simulate exponential cohesive zone behaviour in
ANSYS.
Is it possible to use czm without any form of crack in ANSYS? I'm having troubles obtaining a smooth stress curve without a crack, very likely that the material properties are not properly chosen.???
my results in x and y plot have a displacement stress jump and i do not know how to solve that because according to my supervisor and other literature, it probably should be a smoothly curved stress curve.
I had made CNCHECK, MCHECK etc but i really don't know how to solve this
Thanks in advance
Kind regards,
Ee Lian
