Cold formed stud wall - OSB panels on both sides - Shear Wall Type II - Capacity - AISI S240 or S420

For Type II Shear wall with OSB panel sheathed on the both sides of the cold formed stud wall, Can we double the capacity and calculate as per the code that is mentioned for the Type I shear wall. The same clause is also explained in the commentary where it does not say for any specific Type of Shear wall.

Pdf File attached to make the question more clear. Hope some one have gone through this and can explain it.
