we have a multisatges deep weel vertical pump for rthylrnr product transfer fittied with duble mecahnical seal. the seal lan is 53b presuurized tank with rubber blader, the seal keep failing and the blader reptured whenever the pump is swapped. i heard some plant are using heat tracing around the seal house to keep the temp below freezing and effec the o'ring. the blader material is neoprene and adequite for this application.
what to do next? pls advice
