Collinear Problem

I am using NX version 8.5.
In sketch mode I cannot get get y horizontal
line to be collinear to Y line of axis.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you wish to use an axis of the Sketch CSYS in a constraint it's best to use the 'Geometric Constraints' dialog (just press the 'c' key) rather than trying to infer the constraint by simply picking it.
