Color Codes for Wires for phase identification

Hi,

Can any one help find out whether there is any IEC or ANSI/IEEE code requirement for Color Coding of the phases at the termination of wires.

For example: For Phase A or R : RED
For Phase B or S : YELLOW and
For Phase C or T : BLUE.

If any code exists, please let me know.
