Color management and Boeing BAC codes

I’m trying to match colors with Boeings bac color codes and was wondering if anyone knows where I could track down a Boeing code to pantone (or any other standard) color conversion chart. A color Rosetta Stone if you will.

Also If anyone knows where I can get vectored 3d models of commercial aircraft. I know the last bit has nothing to do with paint / coatings but I figured I would give it a shot.
