Color on Import Management Settigns

Can anybody tell me a little bit about what these settings do and the differences between them?

Tools->Options->Infrastructure->Part Infrastructure->Part Document->Color on Import Management

When Creating a new Part, features created through copy paste as result with or without link
-All Colors: Each Color visible in 3D is reported on its corresponding face.

-Manage Color Transfer
---Color of Overloaded Faces
---Color of Features

When Editing Part Properties
-Color on Import Management Property is Editable

Just asking, I have never used any of these settings and was hoping someone could shed some light on what exactly they do when activated.
