The ASME publishes Addenda to the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code. Currently the Addenda are published annually, with the PINK color used for the first Addenda, then BLUE for the next Addenda. Does anybody know the color scheme used when the Addenda were published as Summer and Winter of each year? Example:
Main Edition = White (i.e., 1974, 1977, 1980 etc.)
First Addenda, Summer (color)
Second Addenda, Winter (color)
Third Addenda, Summer (color)
Forth Addenda, Winter (color)
Fifth Addenda, Summer (color)
Sixth Addenda, Winter (color)
Which was SALMON, PINK, BLUE, GREEN, YELLOW, ORANGE.

Got the answer. Thanks any way.

QAFitz,
I'm sure you have not been ignored, perhaps your question was a bit unusual and I assume that it took the most of us by surprise. I didn't have the answer, but I followed the thread closely, hoping to learn from it.
I believe that it would be instructive for the 'rest' of us, if you could share with this forum the answer to your interesting question.
Cheers,

It would be nice to know where this information is? or was found? and by the way, I had to look up the color 'salmon' I didn't know it was a color.

I got the answer through the Linda Hall Library. Linda Hall Library is the ASME repository for many older Codes and Standards.
I also verified this by looking at many of the old Codes myself. Many of the fabricators that have ASME B&PV fabrication stamps have subscribed to the ASME Code over the years and when I asked to look at older books some of the local firms said yes.
