Hi guys,

I need your help.

I wanted to make colourd masterbatch for NBR 50 hardness by using these materials:

NBR 27.50
ZINC OXIDE
ST. ACID
TMQ
IPPD
WAX
CARBON Blk. N660
CH. CLAY
DBP
CBS
TMTD
SULPHER
RETRADER
-------------------------------------

But I'm new in this and i don't know how to mix without carbon black.

Please provide me with formulation recipe..

Your help will be highly apreciated,,

Thanks

You may replace carbon black with Precipitated Silica and use DEG along with silica
(the amount of DEG should be 10% of silica)
