COM143 Software For CP1434 configuration.

Can anyone direct me to a source for the above software? It's needed to configure a comms processor, CP143, in a Siemens S5 135 Rack to enable comms to a 928 Processor in the same rack.
I also believe a comms cable is needed so can you confirm the type required?
Siemens do not sell it anymore.

What do you intend to use to program the CP143, a PC or a Siemens PG programmer?
