Right, I have the field output of S11, and the field output of S22, unfortunately, I want the radial field output, which is a combination of the two.
Is there anyway to pythagoras up S11 and S22 to give me my desired field output?
Literally, I just want to be able to go to the values of S11 & S22
( (S11)**2 + (S22)**2) ) **0.5
(Also, a question which I will probably make a new thread for, but if anyone knows the answer to, how can I synchronise a plot and a abaqus animation, such that the field output of say, Force and Displacement, are plotted in real time with the abaqus animation as they occur?)
Many thanks for all help,
Twaj
