comfort from suspension

Hi to everyone :
I'm finding some paper about suspensions filtering for comfort.
My problem is to find a relation between bushing stifness and body stiffness (local inertance of a shock tower with 4 attach points ...)
Can I make a body less stiff if I use a bushing less stiff ?
