Command Manager moved to the right side, I cant get it to dock up top

Overnight my computer decided to reboot, with SW 2017 running. upon startup this morning, things were messed up. I opened the part I was working on, and the command manager was along the right, where I normally keep it along the top. I was able to move it to the top like normal. then I opened the drawing file, and the same thing is happening, but I cant get it to dock up top. I can drag it to be portable, but cant get it to dock up top.
Has anyone experienced this, and what is the fix?

Nevermind. fixed. I just had to cascade the windows. Then I retried docking up top, and it worked.
