Comment characters

Most people know that the comment character for config files (*.pro and *.dtl) is the exclamation point. But what are the comment characters for:

A. Section, feature, and model relations.

B. Repeat regions filters.

C. Repeat region relations.

I've looked but this kind of stuff is tough to find!
