Could someone please tell me how I can ensure that seismic design standards:

IBC-2003 & ASCE 7-02
Occupancy Category = III
Seismic use, group II
Importance factor = 1.25
S1 = 1-sec. Spectral Response Acceleration = 0.5g
Ss = Short period Spectral Response Acceleration = 1.25g
Site class = D
Seismic design category = D

UBC 97
Seismic Load Available to seismic zone 4.
Occupancy category III
Importance factor = 1.00
Soil profile Type = Sd
Na = 1.0.NV = 1.0

meet the following specifications:

"The horizontal zero period acceleration(ZPA)applied to the
top of the foundation supporting the Apparatus, its
attachments, and its support structures will be 0.2g (g is
the acceleration due to gravity) and the vertical ZPA will
be 0.13g. The duration of strong shaking will be 30 seconds"

Thanks in advance for your help
