I need to find an equivalent engine for komatsu 4D95S-W type engine, which is used for Komatsu FD25-10 Forklift. I received some informal advice that Isuzu C240 engine is compatible. Could somebody help me?

It's voluntary, but most industrial engines use standardized flywheel/bellhousing interfaces. You don't need the standard itself; just ask if it's "SAE 0", "SAE 1", etc. If the flywheel interfaces match, the engines will interchange. .... at least as far as the flywheel is concerned.
The motor mounts, fuel and electrical interfaces, exhaust, and accessory drive locations may be, and almost certainly will be, different.

See if whoever told you the Isuzu engine fits can provide a photo of one installed in a forklift like yours, and a list of parts you'll need to buy to make the change.

If this in an industrial setting you will not be covered in the event of a fire. Forklifts are tested to UL standards at the insistence of the insurance companies.

You also have to consider the potential change in capacity. If this tips over and someone gets hurt you could be held liable due to a non-factory approved modification.

I also agree with MikeH on the bell housing, but I would definitely check the dimensions first. Forklifts are pretty tight for space and they may well use a non-standard housing to gain a little room.
