First off, there might be a better way to do this, but this is what I have. (forgive me, I have been self taught so far)

I have input 3 columns in Project: Actual Complete, Required, Actual % Complete. These column are for actual physical parts which come out of a machine. The Actual % Complete column does the math and gives me my percentage. I then copy that number over to the % Complete column which MS Project has as a default.
Is there a way to get the calculated value to automatically populate the % Complete column?
Is there a better way to do this? I show the % COmplete on the Ghantt chart which is very useful to the shop floor people.
Any suggestions?

Thanks
scott
