Please try to remember to post your NX version, as it can affect the responses - not all versions of NX have the same capabilities, particularly in blending.
Is that a pocket type of feature then on the lower right area of the 2nd pic changes into a pad type?
If it is, I'm not saying it's impossible to put a blend (Edge or Face type) on there, but it's probably not going to be done with a single feature and it will very likely run into a point where the blending will have to change from inside radius to outside radius (lower right area, 2nd picture) where it goes from "pocket" to "pad".
Without the part, it's very difficult to definitely say it can or cannot be done - the surrounding geometry will probably affect the outcome at that vertex where it goes from a "pocket" to a "pad"....angles between faces and such can play a role in that.
You should ( must) select all 4 edges in the same feature.
Then of course the surrounding geometry can give unexpected problems.
Select all 4, then set a small radius to see if NX can apply a blend. If Yes, try increase the radius.
You can toggle the "Patch mixed convexity corner" to get different results in the vertexes.
You can probably probably apply a small chamfer before a faceblend to come around the "4 edge problem".
