Composite Delamination

I am modelling a lap joint made with FRP composite with a circular delamination embedded in the bottom adherend in ANSYS APDL. I want to calculate the strain energy release rate at the delamination front. I want to use contact element and mpc element at the delaminated region. I need help for using those elements and also how to extract result from them. PLZ help me.
