Composite foundation design with floor beams

Is it possible to do foundation design for the image shown below,

Due to heavy shear and moment its required to have floor beam inside the foundation.

Is any software available to design like this type.

I am not sure about software, but you must have done some sort of analysis to determine that steel beams embedded in the foundation were required. How did you determine that?

I would look at increasing the foundation thickness to make it work without steel beams. If you have to add steel beams, you will need concrete below the beams if this foundation is resting on soil.

I've heard of similar things being done to create a base plate out of a grillage beam assembly. I believe that there is some discussion of that in Blodget's text on welded structures.
