Hi Guys,
I am trying to design a composite tube for flexural loads, but I have no clue where to start with. Can any one suggest me a right book to study?

thanks,

bobby

I usually recommend Barbero for this sort of thing. It's good, as the title suggests, for designing structures. Its chapter on beams is quite good.

Introduction to Composite Materials Design, Ever J. Barbero, Taylor & Francis 1999, ISBN 1-56032-701-4.
