Composite Usage - 1970 to Current

I am compiling a graph of composite use for various commercial and military aircraft. I have a few good sources where I got the following data:

But I could not find any good data for the F117. Any thoughts on this one or refinements to the data? Some of the years did not seem quite right to me, and it may hard to define the right year for military aircraft. Ultimately, it just to show trends, but I would like for it to be as accurate as possible.
