Compression sleeve jaw

Hello folks,

I'm thinking about use a kind of sleeve jaw, similar to the image and which is largely used in mechanical pencil's, to clamp and screw bottle caps just like in this video. Something I would like to know from you guys is if there is another name to this part because I can't find nothing about it in internet. I would like to know other applications in which this part is used in order to understand if it can fit in my ideia as well as understand how it can be machined. Someone could help me?

I would able to find the "male" version (to clamp internal diameter). But I need the female version to clamp the external diameter.
