Hi fellow computer masters, I'm a lil bit curious and a big question mark plays around my head. If my computer hibernates or say black out happens suddenly with any hardware (USB, Ipod, PSP, Mobile phone..etc.) connected in it, what is the best way to do, plug it out while there is no power or wait until power regen.? I'm just wondering if this will affect the hardware. Hoping for response.

With robust drivers / software it *shouldn't* matter. However best is remain plugged in until power back up.

Conversely, older OSs get fussy about booting up with things like CDs or floppys already in them; hibernate is no prob, but power outage could be.
