Hello,
Let's say that I need to perform buckling analysis - as the result of my Abaqus calculations I expect Load Proportionality Factor(LPF). The model is simply supported shell element I-beam with two concentrted forces applied to the top flange.

The qestion: How to correctly apply concentrated force to the top of the beam?
For the best beam buckling analysis I want to apply unit load(for example 1000N).
Should I apply this force(1000N) only to one node(Attachment)? Is it correct approach?
