Concrete cracks caused by...

Good day, everyone.
I have a theory about what happened here, but I don’t want to bias anyone. What is your guess about what caused that crack? (The roof “X” braces have not been tensioned).

We're going to needs some more information.

Are those pre-cast walls? A horizontal brace? What's the rest of the framing scheme look like? What are the reinforcing details there at the edge of the joist pocket? What's the connection detail for the bracing to the wall?
