Concrete damaged plasticity model 1

Hello guys. I am modelling a concrete damaged plasticity model.Do you know how to get crack load and maximum load as shown in the picture?
Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

[FEA way]

If you define damage for this material model you will be able to observe the damage variable contour plot. Ramp the load and look for frame when damage variable shows that cracks start forming. Note the step time and compare it with applied load to know its value for this frame. You can also plot load-displacement curve to observe the model's behavior.
