concrete mix design for small projects

Could somebody help me out with a spread sheet/program/reference
material connected with the 'Design of concrete mix for small buildings projects (max 3 stories buildings). I have recently got a project in a remote area (middle east) and the nearest concrete mix plant is 600KMs away. So I have to manually mix the concrete but I wish to maintain the same plant quality in that mix...

Been a while since you asked the question but a simple guide to concrete mixes can be found at

There are free leaflets that can be ordered or downloaded. Hope it helps.
