Need help. Does anyone know of a design reference for the design of a concrete slab that will be supported by concrete walls? We have to design a slab for a 32' diameter silo. The slab will support a water tank.

Will the slab be uniformly loaded or with concentrated loads?

You might find some formulas for bending moments in a round slab in Roark. I would probably take a more simplified approach by assuming a square box of size 0.9 D and then designing rebar in two direction. This should work for uniform load.

For concentrated loads, I probably would recommend using an FEM approach.
