Concrete walls - minimum compressive strength? 2

In the ACI Code, is there a specified minimum compressive strength for structural, reinforced, concrete walls? I would be comfortable with 28-day f'c=2500 psi for a low-rise structure, but was wondering if the ACI stated a minimum allowable.

I don't know about a minimum f'c in ACI 318, but the IBC, ch. 19 provides tables for minimum f'c for various applications. look at tables 1904.2.2(1) and 1904.2.2(2). section 1905.1.1 specifies minimum f'c as 2,500 psi. In my area, several city codes specify 4,000 psi min for slabs-on-grade.

I can only find 5.1.1 and 21.2.4.1 referencing minimum strengths. The chapter 5 reference is 2500 psi minimum for concrete designing with the code, and chapter 21 is a 3000 psi minimum for members resisting earthquake-induced forces.
