Can yoy mix type 1 and type 3 cement in the same mix ?

I wouldn't because Type III cement is high-early strength cement. This means that some of you concrete matrix is gaining more strength quicker than others. Intuitively, this doesn't sound like a good idea. Also, the heat of hydration might be different for the two types also which would lead to cracks.
