I am in the process of starting my own company. I need to find some solid contract examples, limits of liability statements and contract guides. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. My work is generally small scale residential with the occasional "big" Oil and Gas project (i.e. high liability and the need for some real contracts).

RE...thanks. I wrote it over about a two-week period back in 2003, initially for internal use, but then with a few revisions, for an online continuing education course. I need to update and expand it, but have had no time to do so!
