I'm using two configurations on an assembly (Fabrication and Machining). On my drawing, I have a BOM and in the 'QTY' column, the configuration name is displayed with the title (Fabrication/QTY). I can edit the title and remove the word Fabrication but whenever I rebuild or re-open the drawing 'Fabrication' always comes back. Is there some type of option to 'Not show config. name in column title'?

No this is not an option with the SW BOM. Also you cannot remove the column either SW requires that Column to be there. Your only option is to use the Excel based BOM.

Actually there is a workaround for this.

Remove the . after QTY when editing the Column name.
So Config/QTY. becomes just QTY
