Config Name in front of QTY header in BOM

I have read the previous posts that say to get rid of the config name you have to remove the period. We have done that(and also tried various other things) and saved the template to reflect no period. When the BOM template is inserted, it goes back to show QTY. instead of just plain QTY. Has anyone figured out a way to get QTY to stay after the template is saved?

Does the Tools > Options System Options > File Locations point to the same place you are saving the custom BOM?

We were saving them to a temp folder and I pointed to that folder in my options and it still brings it in with the config name/QTY. Thanks for the response.
