confused on customer material callout

Ive got a customer who specified an ANSI 410 SS and as part of the callout there is a section that says:

"50% RoA MIN"

Anyone know what this means?

btw...This customer is from the UK.

OK, I figured this out on my own.

RoA = Reduction of Area at fracture point.

Yup.
I think it was 410MPa MIN and 610MPa MAX @ 20% elongation MIN.This seems like a fairly big range to me, but I'm not a big metals person so I'm not sure how hard it is to hit a UTS number.

To extend the discussion,hitting specified UTS is no big deal. But concurrently meeting the elongation and impact values for a given strength is a major concern.
