Hello everybody,
I would like to connect materials that I have already created to a thickness table. How can I do that in solidworks?
Thanks
Sarah

ps. I work with solidworks 2008 but my boss is thinking to upgrade to 2009

Hmm. You could do something like that with a part template, I guess. Create a part with the designated material and a table of thicknesses and save as a prtdot. Then whenever you want to use, say, aluminum, for a new part, select the "alum.prtdot" and select the thickness you need from the table of values.
Is that where you're going?
