I am trying to model a bus frame using beam elements.
As you may see in the picture I have prepared the beams and BC and loading but since beams are not connected to each other, the members fly off and analysis leads to no results.
Do you know how I might connect ends of beams together so they can deform all together and do not fly off.

As hezhj2000 said you have to merge the coincident nodes at each beam ends to avoid mechanism. When you mesh two interfacing curves, at the end of each element a node is created, then you will have two nodes at this location.

The better way to verify that there is no mechanism in your model is to run a Free-Free (unconstrained) analysis to verify such errors. 6 first modes must be rigid body modes.

Hope that helps,
SN
