connecting grounding cables in tray to the ground grid in CDEGS

Guys,
I am trying to connect the grounding conductors in tray to the ground grid in CDEGS but because of different elevations (and may be different environment (soil and air)) I can't connect the conductors.
Am I missing something or CDEGS only models underground conductors?

As far as I know, all grounding programs including CDEGS only can model ground conductors below grade.
