Connection between Catia Macro and FEM analysis like ABAQUS

Hi all

I need to know if I want to do some FEM analysis on a model that is made in CATIA and then an optimization based on that , in this way that after each analysis some desired dimension could be changed automatically , is it possible to be done between CATIA and ABAQUS or any other , do I have to change the MACROS ? is there any medium software like MATLAB would help ?

thank you very much , but finite element analysis in this case can only be done by Catia or can be taken from Abaqus ? due to the need to accuracy of the results

I only want to automate the dimension changing in Catia and export it to other FEM software , is this possible ? in product optimization all the process is done in CATIA

Isight looks like more to be a connection for process design no ?

is Matlab a good interface between CATIA and Abaqus to pass data ? how can I do this ? I mean between Catia and matlab to pass the data ?
