Connection between PT slab & conventional RC beam/slab?

I have this slab over ramp as shown below.
The slab is meant to be 'PT by others' but because the cantilever slab over the ramp is going to the pickup the transferred loads from above, it is hard to make it cantilever that long. Instead, I am going to use the RC beams connecting to RC walls and RC columns as you can see in red to support the slab.
Now, because I have used conventional RC beams, Is it still possible to make the slab in this area PT? (I know very very little about PT).
So if the answer is no, I am going to use bondek in this area (ie the slab over the ramp, between RC columns and walls), Is this a good idea? I feel like the connection at the intersection of 'RC beam - wall - PT slab' is problematic and haven't figured out what to do with it. Do you have any better idea?

If the RC walls and slabs are connected to the PT slab then the PT forces will go into the RC members as well. You can’t just arbitrarily deem one zone PT and another zone RC.

So what's your suggestion? I dont think I make the external one to be PT connecting to normal RC beams right? If so, can I make these RC beams to be PT and all slabs to be PT?
