First, draw the problem. Then post that drawing here for review and reading.
Second, define the problem;
How big a column?
How large a beam?
What shape beam?
How much load on the beam?
Moment only? Moment and shear? Shear only?
What application is your problem?

You have asked a question with no more detail than "I want to build a building. Can anybody help me?"

thank you for your response

my question is general ,I need only the procedure of the check and design for example 1-check friction by equation ... 2-reinforcement use equation....@ACI318 and so on.

Epoxy dowel is not 'friction', it is adhesive. That is probably the root of your calculation problem. And that is why good structural guys get VERY specific as to what specific epoxies are allowed to be used.
