Connection of XFMRs

Hello Everyone,

I have 2 XFMR's one upstream and one downstream, the upstream is a wye wye 230/27.6 and the downstream is a 27.6/13.8 delta wye. What would happen if I connect the 27.7 wye to the 27.6 delta with a transmission line run and a switchboard between them. Is this possible? What would happen during a ground fault?
