Constant force Actuator w/feedback

I have a system design that uses SMAC actuators which is voice coil technology, however it does not inherently provide a closed loop for true dynamic constant force. Is there an all-in-one actuator that could provide this closed loop control (without adding additional load cell or the like)? Also the design includes a small moment or offset that may make it more difficult to spec. and high frequency vibrations that could require some filtering.
