constant solidworks error in drawing : the item can not be copied in notes

Hi All

there is an error message that usually comes up when you want to drag a dimension in the drawing to another place, but in my case , it has started to do it constantly and has become a headache, every time I choose to dimension the part in drawing, I am getting this error, is there something activated , what can I do ?

Is the error related to creating dimensions or dragging them to other locations?

actually both of them , always when creating , and sometimes when dragging

Can you post a screen grab of the error? Maybe some of the gurus on here will recognize it.
